All bookings require a deposit of  £30.00 per room to be paid within 7 days of the reservation being made. We regret that deposits cannot be refunded for changes or cancellations to the booking if made within 7 days of arrival date. The full cost of accomodation will be due if guests leave earlier than original departure date or do not arrive without giving notice. All Rates include a full English breakfast and newspaper of guests choice. Payment in cash (Pounds sterling), by personal cheques (supported by a current cheque gaurantee card), or sterling travellers cheques only. We do not accept credit/debit cards or any other form of payment Check-in time will be from 1.00pm on arrival date. Guests should contact us if they believe a late arrival cannot be avoided. Guests will vacate their rooms no later than 10.00am on departure day Guests use of our WiFi internet connection is at the discretion of the proprieter and is subject to an acceptable use policy. We cannot be held responsible for internet access not being available for any reason
